The “eat local” campaign continues!

Chancellor’s Restaurant and Our Den Sports Bar are presenting new menu items all prepared with local, home grown food products. This week celebrates the flavors and versatility of Indiana Heirloom Tomatoes

This week, Chef Dan demonstrates the preparation of his Summer Bouillabaisse and the  Pan Fried Great  Lakes Walleye Pike 

Tapping into the resources of our  local farmers, Dan combines the best of Indiana produce in harvest to create his "eat local masterpieces"
