The University Place Conference Center & Hotel is pleased to announce that it has earned the AAA Four Diamond Rating for 2011. Less than four percent of the over 31,000 properties approved by AAA achieve this prestigious distinction.  This is the 5^th consecutive year the property has earned the Four Diamond Rating.  General Manager, Tom Cappucci attributes this success to, “Our staff’s dedication in serving our guests and maintaining our physical property”.  He adds, “This focus is demonstrated daily as we continue to do everything we can to provide an exceptional personal experience to everyone that comes into our facility”.  The hotel has invested in its staff, with intensive training provided for employees as part of the hotel’s ongoing commitment to high standards and impeccable service delivery.  University Place was also recently honored by the local Indiana Meeting Professionals International as the 2010 Green Venue of the Year.  To achieve a four diamond rating while implementing eco-friendly practices demonstrates clearly the focus, commitment and ingenuity of this talented hospitality team!
